Genesis Analytics is growing our network of subject matter experts to support our Shared Value & Impact (SVI) Practice Area on transformative projects that blend economic value with social good.

Areas of Expertise We’re Looking For:

• Project Implementation & Delivery Project & programme management, risk/stakeholder/financial management.

• Local Government Public admin, service delivery, local economic development, policy & planning.

• Sectoral Growth Masterplans Value chains, industrial policy, sector strategies (agriculture, energy, etc.)

• Tourism Sustainable tourism, community tourism, marketing, heritage & event management.

• Cities & Urban Development Smart cities, infrastructure, urban governance, housing, and climate resilience.

Requirements:

✅ Bachelor's / Master’s / PhD in a relevant field ✅ Min. 5 years’ experience (increasing for senior roles) ✅ South African public sector experience preferred ✅ Strong writing, analysis & communication skills ✅ Independent, collaborative & remote-ready ✅ Fluent in English

Levels:

• Junior 5+ yrs Research, analysis, project support, writing

• Mid-Level 8+ yrs Strategy, policy, stakeholder engagement

• Senior 12+ yrs Leadership, strategic advice, publications
